A lot of road arrangement and reparation programs in the city are not being handled professionally. Consequently, those make road damaged, perforated, bumpy, and unfeasible to use.

Head of Jakarta Bina Marga Department, Yusmada Faizal stated, currently the City Administration has many road handling programs in the capital. Hence, his department wants all the goods and service providers to work professionally. Moreover, the goods and service procurement does not go through auction process but using self-management program. The equipments purchasing should through e-catalog in the Government Procurement of Goods and Services Agency (LKPP). 

"Department has many programs. But the procurement agency should work professionally and not slowly," said Faizal, after he became a speaker in the discussion of e-catalog development for construction service, in one of hotels in Central Jakarta, Wednesday (8/19). 

According to him, there is still procurement agency slow to work and unsatisfied result. At this time, there are 13 vendors participating in hotmix auction. By discussing it, he hopes all vendors of auction participants could pay a close attention of this things.

His department also hopes that in the recruitment of the goods and service providers would be simple, fast, and really producing a qualified one. Therefore it needs vendors which really know and professional. 

Meanwhile, the Deputy of Evaluation Monitoring and Information System Development for LKPP, Sarah Sadiqa said, the goods offered must be in accordance with the spec and price. At this time, the vendors who participated are less from regulation. It is because the price and spec offered did not match.

"The e-catalog's purpose to help the city administration and the vendors. We cannot apply the auction for immediate project such as road repair," Sarah said.
